General Tenant Guidelines and Requirements
Deposit amounts, utilities, amenities will vary from property to property. Please visit the home that you'd like to rent for more details.
Only clean and responsible tenants who have paid rent on time may apply. All tenants are asked to provide job history, rental history, and proof of income. As a guideline, monthly income should be three times the monthly rent amount. Background checks will be requested for all adult occupants. Alternative screening methods are available.

Animals
Our company is animal friendly; however, recent changes to laws and insurance have required an animal application. Typically, an additional deposit is required and rent premium. Please review “Animal Application” in our documents section for additional information.
Appliances
Appliances are typically not included in the lease agreement with the exception of a central air system and/or water heater (if applicable). Appliances that are in the property (i.e. stove, microwave, etc.) are for the tenant's use. Repairs to these appliances would fall under the tenant's responsibility.
