How to I see a property?

PLEASE NOTE:  Our properties require the presence of a licensed real estate agent or a representative of Timberview Properties for showings.  

1. Find your property from our list of AVAILABLE  RENTALS. Review ALL the property details: deposits, descriptions, photos, and virtual tours to make sure it's what you're looking for.  You can tell a lot from these!

2. Please verify that you meet the basic TENANT GUIDELINES

Please note that all properties are leased in its AS-IS condition with few exceptions.
